An order is accepted only after required customer details are submitted and payment is confirmed or another written payment arrangement is approved by AnugrahGlow.

We may refuse or cancel orders that contain unlawful, offensive, unsafe, infringing, or technically unusable customization material.

Personalized products are made using the text, dates, images, notes, and proof approvals provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for checking spellings, dates, names, language, image quality, and proof details before approval.

Online payments are processed through Cashfree. Payment confirmation is based on verified server-side payment status, not only the browser redirect after payment.

Failed, dropped, pending, or expired payments do not confirm production.

Product colors, LED brightness, acrylic appearance, and engraving visibility may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, material batches, and photo quality.

Delivery timelines are estimates and can be affected by courier delays, address issues, weather, holidays, or events outside our control.
