How AnugrahGlow collects, uses, protects, and deletes customer information.

Information we collect
We collect contact details, delivery details, order information, payment status, customization notes, and customer-uploaded photos or artwork needed to produce personalized lamps.
Payment card, UPI, and net banking details are handled by Cashfree. AnugrahGlow stores payment references, status, and reconciliation data, not full payment credentials.
How we use information
We use customer information to create orders, prepare proofs, manufacture customized products, arrange shipping, provide support, prevent fraud, and maintain tax and operational records.
Uploaded photos and artwork are used only for proofing, production, support, quality checks, and replacement handling for the related order.
Storage and access
Customer artwork, proof files, and invoice files are intended to be stored in private storage. Access should be limited to the customer, authorized staff, and service providers needed to complete the order.
We do not sell customer photos, artwork, or contact details.
Retention and deletion
Order, invoice, payment, and support records may be retained for accounting, tax, legal, and customer-service purposes.
Unpaid or abandoned uploaded files should be deleted on a scheduled cleanup cycle. Customers can contact support to request deletion where retention is not legally or operationally required.
