Refund and Replacement Policy

How cancellations, refunds, replacements, and custom-order issues are handled.

Custom-order returns

Personalized lamps are made for a specific customer, name, date, photo, or design preference. Change-of-mind returns are limited after proof approval or production start.

If proof approval is required, production begins only after approval. Once production begins, cancellation may not be possible.

Covered issues

We will review replacement or correction requests for wrong personalization, manufacturing defects, power/base defects, missing parts, or verified transit damage.

The customer may need to share photos, videos, and order details so the issue can be verified.

Not covered

We may not cover issues caused by customer-approved spelling/date/text mistakes, poor source image quality, misuse, water damage, physical damage after delivery, or incompatible power accessories.

Minor variation in glow, acrylic appearance, engraving tone, or screen-to-product color is not treated as a defect.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible. Bank and gateway timelines may vary.

Refund, replacement, and tax-note handling should follow the final accounting process validated by the CA.
