Customization Policy

Rules for customer photos, artwork, proof approvals, and made-to-order production.

Customer rights and consent

By uploading a photo, logo, text, artwork, or message, the customer confirms that they own it or have the rights and permission needed to use it for production.

The customer permits AnugrahGlow to use uploaded material only to design, proof, manufacture, support, replace, or resolve the related order.

Proof approval

Where proofing applies, production starts only after the customer approves the proof or gives written confirmation to proceed.

Approval means the customer has checked spellings, dates, names, layout, photo choice, language, and the overall design direction.

Photo quality

High-resolution original photos work best. Screenshots, dark photos, heavily filtered images, cropped faces, and blurry images may produce weaker results.

If the uploaded file is technically unsuitable, staff may request a better image before proofing or production.

Restricted customization

We may reject material that is unlawful, hateful, abusive, sexually explicit, politically/religiously offensive, disrespectful to devotional subjects, or likely to infringe someone else's rights.

Customer SVG uploads are not accepted at launch unless a safe sanitization/rasterization process is added.

Changes after approval

Change requests after proof approval or production lock may not be possible. If a change is still operationally possible, extra time or cost may apply.

Wrong personalization caused by AnugrahGlow production error is handled under the refund and replacement policy.
