Dispatch timeline
Made-to-order lamps are dispatched after payment confirmation, artwork review, proof approval where applicable, production, and quality check.
The product page or checkout confirmation may show a specific dispatch estimate. Custom proof delays can move the dispatch date.
Delivery and tracking
Tracking details are shared after the shipment is packed and handed to the courier.
Customers should provide a complete address, reachable phone number, and any delivery instructions needed for the courier.
Failed delivery and RTO
If delivery fails because of an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, refusal, or repeated failed attempts, the package may return to origin.
Reshipping may require an additional shipping charge depending on the case.
Transit damage
If the product arrives damaged, customers should contact support quickly with unboxing photos/video, package photos, order number, and a description of the issue.
Valid transit damage claims are handled through replacement, part replacement, repair support, or another reasonable resolution.
